10-06-2024 MSS Elevates Healthcare Management with Socio-Economic Approach

At MSS, we believe in continuous learning and development. Recently, our colleagues attended a course at ISEOR (partnered with Jean Moulin Lyon 3 University), enhancing their knowledge of the Socio-Economic Approach to Management (SEAM).

This approach enables us to identify dysfunctions and to uncover related hidden costs and convert them into socio-economic value, ultimately leading to improved patient outcomes.
