Dammam, Saudi Arabia — From January 8 to 10, 2026, Med Surg Solutions (MSS) brought together its operations teams from all around the kingdom for its annual company meeting—an event dedicated not to titles or hierarchy, but to the people who keep the organization moving every day.
Hosted at the Sheraton Hotel - Dammam, and supported by offsite activities, the gathering placed the spotlight firmly on warehouse teams, operational staff, and cross-functional employees whose collective work ensures quality, compliance, and fast delivery across the company’s healthcare supply chain.
In his opening remarks, Dr. Fadi Mahmoud - Chief Executive Officer - addressed employees directly, emphasizing the critical role operations teams play in the company’s reputation and reliability.
“When a product arrives on time, stored correctly, and fully compliant, that is not luck—that is the result of disciplined work carried out every single day by our people,” Dr. Mahmoud said. “Trust in Med Surg Solutions starts in the warehouse and moves forward through every hand in the process.”
Throughout the day, directors shared insights into their respective departments’ performance over the past year. Ms. Hala Mahmoud - Director of Operations, Administration and Quality - highlighted improvements in process efficiency and the importance of maintaining rigorous standards in handling medical products. The session emphasized how structured workflows and quality controls directly support patient safety and regulatory compliance.
Updates from the commercial teams reinforced the operational message. Mr. Akeel Sleem, representing the Surgical Division, and Mr. Rawad Chdid, representing the Renal Dialysis Division, reviewed 2025 performance while underscoring the connection between sales success and warehouse readiness. Timely deliveries, accurate inventory, and compliant handling were repeatedly cited as critical enablers of customer trust.
The role of communication, positioning, and product management was addressed by Mr. Abdallah Adnan, presenting on Marketing and Product Management. His presentation linked internal execution to external perception, demonstrating how consistency behind the scenes strengthens the company’s credibility in the market.
Human Resources was addressed as part of the broader operational ecosystem, with Ms. Roba Ahmadie sharing insights related to people, collaboration, and responsibility, reinforcing that performance is sustained when employees understand both their individual and collective impact.
A defining moment of the meeting was the team-building activity at Lofan Camp, where employees stepped away from presentations and operational metrics to engage in hands-on group challenges. The experience was designed to strengthen communication, trust, and cooperation—qualities that directly translate into the workplace. Teams collaborated across functions, reinforcing the idea that success at Med Surg Solutions is achieved not in isolation, but through coordinated effort and shared ownership.
The final day concluded with a visit to the King Abdulaziz Center for World Culture (Ithra), offering participants a moment of reflection and cultural engagement before returning to their daily roles.
The Dammam gathering served as more than an annual meeting. It was a reaffirmation of Med Surg Solutions’ core belief: operational excellence begins with people who understand their value and their impact.
“Speed, quality, and compliance are not departments,” Dr. Mahmoud concluded. “They are behaviors. And those behaviors live with our teams on the ground, every day.”
