About the Job

Job Scope

The employee is responsible for providing after-sales support and addressing any product-related issues in coordination with the head office, specifically for hospitals across the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.

Key Responsibilities include but not limited to:

• Serve as the point of contact for incoming inquiries related to billing issues, proof of delivery, account statements, and other related matters.
• Represent the company in government-related processes, including tenders, contract signing, and submission of required documents.
• Coordinate with the logistics and sales departments to ensure accurate and timely product delivery, address any issues that may arise, and follow up on final receipts.
• Coordinate with finance to follow up on sales accounts, collect payments from clients, and ensure proper banking and documentation of receivables.
• Perform regular field visits across the KSA to support sales activities, deliver documents, collect receipts, and ensure follow-up on governmental procedures.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements in all customer interactions.

• Diploma Certificate
• Minimum Experience: A minimum of 2 years of customer service experience, preferably in the medical equipment or healthcare industry.

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Clinical Specialist to join our dynamic team in the surgical field. As a Clinical Specialist, you will play a critical role in supporting the successful adoption and utilization of our medical devices by healthcare professionals. Your expertise in clinical training, product knowledge, and customer support will be essential in ensuring optimal patient outcomes and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities include but not limited to:

• • Promote high-end surgical solutions to public and private hospitals within the assigned region of operation.
• • Assist in the execution of the annual marketing strategy and product plan for the focus portfolio to increase market presence and market share.
• • Provide comprehensive clinical training and education to healthcare professionals, including surgeons, physicians, nurses, and technicians, and support HCPs in the operating theatre on the proper use, application, and maintenance of our medical devices.
• • Execute local customized MKT activities in the areas for the focus product portfolio in collaboration with sales and marketing
• • Collaborate to launch, evaluate, penetrate, and optimize focus products in key accounts

Requirements and Qualifications

• • BS degree in nursing, biology, life sciences, pharmacy, healthcare, or a related field. Advanced degrees or an MBA are a plus

Job Scope

We are seeking an Application Specialist to join our Renal Dialysis Division. The role involves supporting the effective use of specialized dialysis equipment and software by providing technical support, user training, product demonstrations, and troubleshooting. The ideal candidate will act as a key liaison between the company and end-users, ensuring proper installation, optimal usage, and customer satisfaction, while working closely with the sales and service teams.

Key Responsibilities include but not limited to:

• Deliver in-service training for ICU staff, provide technical assistance with Dialysis machines, and lead the implementation of product upgrades and new equipment.
• Provide ongoing technical support and product demonstrations at hospitals.
• Resolve customer complaints, open new accounts, and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
• Support in organizing and participating in local and international workshops, training sessions, and conferences.

Requirements and Qualifications

• A bachelor’s degree in science, Nursing degree or related field, Master is a plus.
• 2-3 years’ experience in Dialysis, nephrology, or critical care settings.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Willingness to travel and provide on-site support as needed.
