Requirements:

• Bachelor degree in Business Administration, Biology, Biomedical Engineering, Nursing or any other related field to medicine. Master’s is a plus.
• 4+ years’ sales experience in the medical industry.
• In-depth surgical & technical skills.
• Good knowledge of market dynamics & competitors business model.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Office and PPT.
• Fluency in English & Arabic, written, read and spoken.

Key Responsibilities include but not limited to:

• Oversee day-to-day HR operations, including recruitment, onboarding, payroll, and employee relations.

• Minimum Experience: 3 years of experience in Human Resources or related field
• Knowledge of governmental HR related portals (GOSI, Mudad, Qiwa, Nitaqat)
• Knowledge of Saudi Labor Law
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office package, especially Microsoft Excel

• Lead a team of 4–5 Product Specialists/Senior Product Specialists, managing their hospital activities, coaching them, and monitoring their participation in educational programs.
• Spend the majority of working time in the field, maintain an up-to-date client database, support marketing plan execution, and build strong relationships with key opinion leaders (KOLs).

Mandatory Requirement:

• Candidates must have prior experience working with medical devices in the private healthcare sector within Saudi Arabia.

About the Job

Job Scope

Monitor and ensure the correct implementation of standard procedures for incoming and outgoing shipments, temperature monitoring systems, and warehouse cleanliness and security, in collaboration with the warehouse team.

Key Responsibilities include but not limited to:

• Conduct visual inspections of product condition, packaging, labeling, and handling/storage instructions; prepare Visual Inspection Reports with supporting photos.
• Check and document temperature data loggers, ensure proper storage conditions, and verify transportation vehicles meet cleanliness and cooling system standards.
• Verify customer specifications for outbound shipments, report non-conformities or damaged goods, and escalate quality or safety issues as needed.
• Assist in inventory counts, maintain hygiene and security SOPs, and ensure accurate and up-to-date quality records.

Requirements and Qualifications

• BA Degree in Business Administration or any other related field
• Minimum Experience:3 years of experience in Quality preferably in a warehouse
• Proficient in written and verbal English communication, Arabic is a plus
• Knowledge of Warehouse quality standards (QMS is a plus)
