The event featured an informative presentation on the renowned Peters Surgical suture, providing attendees with valuable insights into this innovative technique. Additionally, we went the extra mile by equipping participants with high-quality sutures and a comprehensive suturing kit, ensuring a hands-on learning experience. The hands-on approach fostered an interactive and engaging environment, enabling attendees to receive personalized guidance and feedback from skilled instructors from King Fahad Military Medical Complex, Dahran.

Bariatric and Hernia Workshop held at Grand Hyatt Dubai on March 1st and 2nd. With over 40 attendees, Day one commenced with an immersive full-day scientific program, delving into the latest techniques and innovations in the field of bariatric surgery. Our lineup featured renowned worldwide speakers, including Prof. David Nocca, Dr. Mohamed ElKalaawy, Prof. Rishi Singhal, and Prof. Ronald Denis, and local speakers Dr. Bassem Othman and Dr. Mohamed Jamal who shared their wealth of knowledge, insights, and best practices, shaping the future of sleeve gastrectomy and powered stapling technology. The discussion continued into day two, where our half-day program workshopfocused on hernia repair using advanced surgical techniques and innovative solutions with our distinguished speakers like Dr. Ibrahim Babtain and Dr. Raha Ahmadi.
