With great pleasure, Med Surg Solutions took part in the Saudi National AAA screening project with his highness, the Director of King Abdulaziz University, Jeddah, Saudi Arabia. The University Health Promotion Screening program aimed to raise patient awareness on the importance of early diagnosis and treatment of Abdominal Aortic Aneurysm, especially since the majority of patients have no symptoms until rupture. Gore ® Excluder ® has proven performance and outcomes, in endovascular surgery, a less invasive procedure than an open repair. The screening campaign was launched in 2019, and will continue over 3 years. This project reflects MSS’s values of making a difference in the medical ecosystem and serving the wellbeing of patients.
